H-E-B Grocery Company Corporate LMS
Learning Management System (SCORM 1.2 – 2004, XAPI & LRS)

Project Overview
H-E-B partnered with Branch to custom-develop an advanced technology services and in-house Learning Management System (LMS), transitioning away from an Oracle solution that had become prohibitively expensive due to licensing and maintenance costs per employee seat, especially given H-E-B’s extensive workforce.
Our expert software engineering team specializing in technology services engineered the new LMS from scratch, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and compatibility with both legacy and future e-learning content. The custom-built platform significantly reduced costs compared to the Oracle system, resulting in projected savings of millions of dollars for H-E-B over the coming years.
- Support industry LMS standards (SCORM 1.2, 2004, Tin Can, XAPI)
- Enterprise grade performance 150,000+ users / 5M transactions monthly
- Multi-Faceted training support within the LMS platform for all types of digital and hybrid training solutions
- OJT (On-The-Job) with the aid of micro mobile applications for performance monitoring and tracking
- ILT (Instructor-Led) training course for both in person and online group learning
- Integration of technology services supporting Learning Record Store (LRS) technologies, enabling enhanced learner engagement and robust evaluation monitoring through detailed statement tracking to third-party Learning Record Stores. This integration facilitates comprehensive data collection and statistical analysis using industry-standard analytical tools such as R-Studio.
