About This Project
The Public Plans group at Tufts Health Plan was looking to create a series of animated explainer videos to drive engagement for each product by educating their users on topics such as covered services, deductibles, in-network benefits, and more. Each of the three videos has a defined target audience, and highlights are particular area that we are aiming to educate the audience on. The tone and visuals are on-brand and support the revamped look and feel of Tufts Health Plan. The end result is a series of warm, inviting, and engaging videos that break down the technical complexity of health insurance to plain, relatable, human ideas and feelings.
