The Flourish Lab (TFL) was created when a community-centered coaching organization realized the demand for their coaching reached far beyond their community. The Flourish Lab needed to pivot. They were seeking a way to expand their reach and provide coaching, grounded in proven social-emotional practices, to the broader world of out-of-school time professionals.
