The Flourish Lab (TFL) was created when a community-centered coaching organization realized the demand for their coaching reached far beyond their community. The Flourish Lab needed to pivot. They were seeking a way to expand their reach and provide coaching, grounded in proven social-emotional practices, to the broader world of out-of-school time professionals.
BNSF Railway operates around the clock 365 days a year, and most of its employees do not have a typical office job. Many positions require travel and physically demanding labor outside in all weather conditions. The company wanted to give job applicants a realistic look at the position to see if it aligns with their expectations before the company invests resources in the interview process and on-the-job training.
