The Need

The Flourish Lab (TFL) was created when a community-centered coaching organization recognized that the demand for their coaching extended well beyond their immediate community. To address this growing need, The Flourish Lab pivoted, partnering with Branch Boston, specializing in technology services, to expand their reach. The goal was to deliver coaching programs grounded in proven social-emotional practices to a broader audience of out-of-school time professionals, empowering them to enhance their impact globally.

What We Created

An engaging and ever-expanding virtual workshop series that maintains a focus on TFL’s core values of relationships, equity, and emotional intelligence

Project Highlights

  • Designed custom illustrations based on the client’s brand and style
  • Directed and filmed engaging interviews and facilitator-led discussions
  • Produced captivating animations accompanied by music and professional voiceover
  • Created purpose-driven interactions, leveraging gamification where appropriate
  • Provided downloadable resources to enhance the learning
  • Created workshop guides to help reinforce the course content
  • Designed the workshops so the learner can easily opt to take them in English or Spanish
  • Captured the client’s voice and values throughout all aspects of the workshop series

When we first began our eLearning project, we had no idea what to expect. We weren’t sure how we could turn our “human-centric” content into eLearning that captured the emotionality of our work. The team at Branch Boston took us under their wing, guiding us through the process with patience, intentionality and expertise. They took the ideas in our heads and turned them into impactful and engaging learning experiences. The result is a product that truly brings the human element onto the screen and into the learning modules.
